Requirements
- Bachelor's degree (or international equivalent) or equivalent experience
- 2+ years of related experience
- Industry knowledge with an understanding of best practices and processes related to hardware and software troubleshooting
- Technical skills with the ability to utilize and provide support for industry related systems
- Customer service skills with the ability to set expectations, convey instructions, and share information
- Organizational and time management skills with the ability to pay attention to details and balance multiple priorities
- Communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to work effectively with others
- Ability to document end-user tutorials, team guidelines, and solution documents
- Ability to work remotely as part of a team, collaborating and building relationships across the team
- Proficient in the English language with the ability to read, write, and speak fluently
