Job Description
We are seeking a Family Hub SEND Practitioner to join our School Effectiveness Team. The successful candidate will provide universal and targeted support to parents and carers, working closely with partner agencies to promote partnership working and support family outcomes.
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years' experience working with pre-school children and with SEND
- Experience of assessing, planning, implementing and reviewing targets for children with SEND
- Valid UK drivers' licence and use of car
