Tide is looking for a CRM Manager – Subscriptions to lead the planning and execution of CRM strategies for subscription products. The ideal candidate has 3+ years of CRM experience, strong analytical skills, and knowledge of subscription billing systems and customer databases.
Requirements
- 3+ years of CRM experience
- Experience with subscription billing systems and customer databases
- Strong background in CRM analytics, segmentation, and predictive modelling
- Deep knowledge of CRM and marketing automation technologies
- Strong project management and strategic thinking skills
- Excellent spoken and written English
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Experience with tools such as Iterable, Salesforce, GSuite, and Jira
