Head of IT

We are seeking a Head of Information Technology to lead our IT team and develop a cloud-native, SaaS-first workplace technology strategy that scales with the business and improves staff productivity. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 10 years of experience in implementing and managing enterprise engineering platforms and proven experience in a senior leadership role within a technology-led organisation, ideally in fintech or regulated financial services.

Requirements

• Minimum of 10 years of experience in implementing and managing enterprise engineering platforms
• Proven experience in a senior leadership role within a technology-led organisation, ideally in fintech or regulated financial services
• Strong technical background, with deep experience in cloud-native environments, SaaS platforms, and modern workplace infrastructure
• Practical experience with modern IT operating models, including configuration as code, automation, and Zero Trust security principles
• Demonstrated ability to lead and develop teams, set clear technology strategy, and run IT support and engineering functions effectively
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on improving reliability, operational efficiency, and user experience
• Clear and confident communicator, able to engage, challenge, and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organisation
