Requirements
- Minimum 10 years of experience in implementing and managing enterprise engineering platforms
- Proven experience in a senior leadership role within a technology-led organisation, ideally in fintech or regulated financial services
- Strong technical background, with deep experience in cloud-native environments, SaaS platforms, and modern workplace infrastructure
- Practical experience with modern IT operating models, including configuration as code, automation, and Zero Trust security principles
- Demonstrated ability to lead and develop teams, set clear technology strategy, and run IT support and engineering functions effectively
