Head of IT

At Tide, we're looking for a Head of IT to lead our small, high-impact team and define a cloud-native, SaaS-first workplace technology strategy that scales with the business and improves staff productivity.

Requirements

• Lead and develop a multidisciplinary team of engineers and service desk colleagues
• Define and deliver a cloud-native, SaaS-first workplace technology strategy
• Bring experience running comparable IT functions, supported by a strong technical background and sound architectural judgement
• Embed Zero Trust security principles across workplace technology
• Partner with senior stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into reliable, secure, and efficient IT services
• Own and manage the IT budget, ensuring spend is controlled, transparent, and focused on delivering clear value
• Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and regularly analyse team performance data to make data-driven decisions for enhancements and optimisation
