At Tide, we help SMEs save time and money by offering business accounts and related banking services, as well as administrative solutions. As an Inside Sales Team Lead, you'll lead a team of Inside Sales Executives to drive performance and deliver consistent commercial results across UK SMEs.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in outbound telesales or inside sales, with at least 1 year in a leadership or coaching role
- Proven track record of delivering and exceeding sales targets within the UK market
- Skilled in consultative and value-based sales with small business customers, focused on a phone-based selling approach
- Strong analytical skills and ability to use performance data to improve outcomes
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with a professional command of English (C1 level preferred)
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive in identifying blockers and solutions
- Proficient with CRM tools (e.g., Kustomer or Salesforce) and experienced in data-driven environments
- Passionate about empowering small businesses and excited by Tide's mission
