Senior Partnerships Associate

Tide is seeking a Senior Partnerships Associate to manage and grow their partner ecosystem in the Delhi NCR region, focusing on SME and corporate partnerships. The role involves hiring, training, onboarding, and campaign management, as well as identifying new growth opportunities. Tide is a rapidly expanding, globally-minded fintech company serving SMEs.

Requirements

• 5–7 years of total work experience with at least 3+ years managing FOS/Card sales teams.
• Skill in hiring, training, and scaling field sales teams.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment.
• Strong ownership mindset and solutions-driven approach.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to engage in fieldwork and use grassroots-level insights.
