The role involves building and managing a high-volume pipeline of new advertisers, identifying and converting new business opportunities, and collaborating with marketing and sales teams to optimize lead generation and conversion strategies.

Requirements

• Extensive experience in sales, business development, or lead generation, ideally in a digital media or SaaS environment
• High oral and written fluency in Spanish
• Proven experience building pipeline through outbound prospecting and multi-channel outreach
• Metrics-driven and comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-oriented environment
