Tixr is looking for a Client Experience Manager to serve as the day-to-day contact for clients across the UK and Europe. The role involves managing operational needs, fostering relationships, and ensuring platform adoption and satisfaction.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field
• 5+ years in externally-facing roles in technology or live events
• Familiarity with CRM's, internal communication and project management tools
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and conflict-resolution skills
• Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and presentation abilities
