Job Description
TM Associates is seeking a full-time Maintenance Technician to maintain the electrical and mechanical systems of residential properties. The role involves operating and maintaining equipment, performing repairs, ensuring safe and efficient heating and cooling, and providing housekeeping services. Requirements
- Maintain heaters, air-conditioners, and other equipment in the buildings
- Perform all necessary maintenance and repairs on apartments
- Perform all necessary work to turn over units as they are vacated
- Inspect buildings, grounds, and public areas
- Report building damage or vandalism
- Ability to lift 50 pounds
- Delivery of appliances and other tools
- Communication skills (oral and written)
