Job Description
TM Associates is seeking a dedicated Maintenance Tech to maintain electrical and mechanical equipment, ensure building operations, and maintain cleanliness of their properties. The position involves operating and maintaining equipment, performing repairs, and coordinating tasks with the Site Manager. Training and development opportunities are emphasized, and a commitment to teamwork is expected.
Requirements
- Maintain heaters, air-conditioners, and other equipment in the buildings
- Perform all necessary maintenance and repairs on apartments
- Perform all necessary work to turn over units as they are vacated
- Inspect buildings and grounds
- Perform physical duties such as shoveling and chemical distribution
