Maintenance Tech

TM Associates is seeking a motivated Maintenance Tech to maintain the heating, air-conditioning, and building services of their properties. The role involves operating and maintaining electrical and mechanical equipment, ensuring efficient building functions, and providing preventative maintenance. Supervised by a Site Manager, the Maintenance Person will receive instruction and coordinate their activities.

Requirements

• Maintain heaters, air-conditioners, and other equipment in the buildings.
• Perform all necessary maintenance and repairs on apartments.
• Perform all necessary work to turn over units as they are vacated.
• Clean buildings, grounds, and ensure cleanliness.
• Pick up trash, clean sidewalks, and cut grass.
• Report building damage and vandalism.
