Job Description
TM Associates is seeking a meticulous and energetic Maintenance Tech to operate and maintain heating, cooling, and electrical/mechanical systems within residential properties. The role involves ensuring safe and efficient operation, performing preventative maintenance, repairs, and inspections, and providing excellent housekeeping services. Successful candidates will contribute to a team focused on providing high-quality communities for residents.
Requirements
- Maintain heaters, air-conditioners, and other equipment
- Perform all necessary maintenance and repairs on apartments
- Perform all necessary work to turn over units as they are vacated
- Inspect buildings, grounds, and public areas
- Prepare and report any health or safety issues
- Perform physical duties required for emergency conditions
- Ability to lift at least 50 pounds
- Delivery of appliances due to transfers
- Must have access to reliable vehicle transportation
