Requirements

• Maintain heaters, air-conditioners, and other equipment
• Perform all necessary maintenance and repairs on apartments
• Report any health or safety issues to Site Manager
• Inspect buildings, grounds, and public areas weekly
• Perform physical duties required to correct emergency conditions
• Ensure all maintenance work and repairs are properly recorded on work orders
