Job Description

As a Maintenance Tech, you will be responsible for maintaining electrical and mechanical equipment, performing repairs and preventive maintenance, and ensuring the cleanliness of the property.
Requirements
- Maintain heaters, air-conditioners, and other equipment in the buildings
- Perform all necessary maintenance and repairs on apartments
- Report any health or safety issues to Site Manager
- Inspect buildings, grounds, and public areas on a weekly basis
- Possess a valid driver's license and a driving record acceptable to TMAM
