Maintenance Tech

The Maintenance Tech is responsible for operating and maintaining electrical and mechanical equipment, performing repairs and preventive maintenance, and ensuring a clean and safe environment for residents.

Requirements

• Maintain heaters, air-conditioners, and other equipment in the buildings
• Perform all necessary maintenance and repairs on apartments
• Perform all necessary work to turn over units as they are vacated
• Report any health or safety issues to Site Manager
• Inspect buildings, grounds, and public areas on a weekly basis
• Possess a valid driver’s license and a driving record acceptable to TMAM
• Perform physical duties required to correct emergency conditions
• Ensure that all maintenance work and repairs are properly recorded on work orders
• Able to lift a minimum of 50 pounds
• Able to climb ladders to a height of 20 feet
• Cut grass, trimming, and other landscaping duties
