Maintenance Tech

Maintenance Tech position at TM Associates in Centreville, MD, responsible for operating and maintaining electrical and mechanical equipment, performing repairs, and ensuring building safety and cleanliness.

Requirements

• Maintain heaters, air-conditioners, and other equipment
• Perform all necessary maintenance and repairs on apartments
• Perform all necessary work to turn over units as they are vacated
• Weekly inspect buildings, grounds and other public areas
• Possess a valid driver’s license
• Must be able to lift a minimum of 50 pounds
• Able to climb ladders to a height of 20 feet
• Cut grass, trimming and other landscaping duties
• Provide own basic tools (or be willing to obtain the required hand tools prior to employment)
• Attend mandatory meetings and seminars
• Able to communicate both orally and in writing using English
• Must have access to reliable vehicle transportation for errands from property
