Maintenance Technician responsible for completing maintenance work orders precisely and timely, including electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and flooring repairs. Ensures overall curb appeal standards for the company and promotes professionalism among maintenance staff.
Requirements
- Must be HVAC Universal Certified
- College or Technical school training preferred
- Previous Property Management experience a plus
- Effective communication and customer service skills
- Ability to interact with others in a team environment
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license required
