Job Description
As a Maintenance Technician, you'll be responsible for maintaining the community in a first-class condition by completing assigned maintenance work orders, including electrical and plumbing repairs, carpentry, remodeling, and maintaining common areas. This role reports to the Maintenance Supervisor and Property Manager, and requires effective communication and a commitment to professionalism.
Requirements
- HVAC Universal Certified
- Effective communication and customer service skills
- Drug test and background check
- Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
- Prior knowledge of residential property management
