Job Description
Customer Service Representative will help people in the community access financial solutions, build connections, and process transactions while providing exceptional in-store experiences.
Requirements
- Connect with customers to cultivate lasting relationships
- Review, validate, and process customer transactions
- Enter and maintain customer information into a POS system
- Build new business by completing daily call campaigns
- Assist in customer account management and collections
- Maintain internal and external store appearance and meet cleanliness standards
- Uphold compliance with Company policies and procedures
