Job Description
We're looking for a High Net Worth Underwriter to join our team, responsible for accurately underwriting, mandating, and completing mortgage and secured loan applications for High Net Worth individuals.
Requirements
- Interpret full statutory accounts (Ltd/LLP)
- Reconstruct net income from diverse streams
- Familiarity with trusts, holding companies, and offshore vehicles
- Navigate FCA MCOB rules regarding HNW exemptions and modified affordability
- Accurately triage clients against HNW definitions
- Understand how various assets generate liquidity or future 'exit events'
