Requirements
- Experience in financial services; operations management, customer service, or a related role
- Strong knowledge of commercial /corporate lending products and services, including loans and account management
- Experience in managing teams and improving operational workflows
- Strong customer service orientation with the ability to manage escalations and complex client needs
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills to work with both internal teams and external clients
- Knowledge of financial services/ lending compliance and regulatory requirements
- Proficiency with lending systems, CRM software, and operational tools
