- Minimum of 4-7 years of HR experience, with at least 5 years dedicated to recruitment
- A minimum of 2 years of technical recruitment experience within the high-tech/software industry, specifically recruiting R&D (Engineering) and/or Digital Marketing talent
- Proven track record in designing and implementing full-channel employer branding strategies
- Demonstrated experience in implementing process automation and leveraging tools to enhance recruitment and/or marketing efficiency
