Job Description
Tomorrow.io is seeking a Contract Talent Acquisition Partner to support recruiting efforts across multiple business functions using an AI First approach.
Requirements
- 3+ years of Recruiting experience within a SaaS/AI startup environment
- Experience sourcing and recruiting talent across various functions (Tech, GTM, G&A, etc.)
- Experience leveraging AI to automate parts of the hiring process (Sourcing, scheduling, analysis, etc.)
- Previous experience recruiting candidates in the space or aerospace industry
- Skilled in competency and behavioral based interviewing
- Leverages data to anticipate and solve problems throughout the hiring process
- Proficient in optimizing ATS's (Greenhouse preferred)
