National Account Manager - Grocery West

National Account Manager - Grocery West role involves guiding Conventional Grocery channel strategy, developing strong relationships with customers, and managing trade marketing spend to achieve maximum sales and profitability. The role requires 5-7 years of experience in CPG sales, proficiency in syndicated data sources, and strong communication skills.

Requirements

• 5 to 7 years of experience in CPG sales, preferably with Conventional Grocery retailers in the Western US.
• Prior experience working with brokers and distributors, preferably in the Conventional Grocery channel.
• Proficient in utilizing syndicated data sources (such as IRI and Nielsen) to drive insights, strategies, and forecasts.
• Strong understanding of P&L management and trade to optimize customer strategies.
• Build creative shopper marketing activities and promotions to drive awareness and a high ROI.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate cross-functionally with operations, sales, finance, and IT teams, both internally and externally.
