Job Description
World is seeking an entrepreneurial and execution-focused Sales Lead to drive growth in Japan's commercial efforts. This role will focus on securing partnerships with key operators (supermarkets, malls, vending machines) and leading a lean contractor-based sales team. The ideal candidate will possess expertise in sales, negotiation, and startup agility, navigating complex, rapidly changing environments.
Requirements
- 7+ years in sales, business development, or enterprise account management.
- Proven track record of securing and negotiating location-based partnerships.
- Strong negotiation and relationship management skills.
- Experience building and leading high-performing sales teams.
- Fluent Japanese and strong business-level English.
- Comfort working in fast-moving, ambiguous startup environments.
