Job Description
Our client is a European Automotive Startup looking for a Chief Commercial Officer to join their Executive Leadership team. The CCO will be responsible for transitioning the organization from regional wins to a systemic, pan-European growth machine.
Requirements
- Scale-Up Experience: You have helped scale a B2B business from roughly €10M to €50M ARR (or similar), and understand the difference between closing deals and building a durable revenue engine
- Strategic & Operational: You can debate 3-year strategy with the Board, but you are equally comfortable diving into a deal review to prevent churn
- Industry Instincts: You likely come from the automotive, mobility, or B2B marketplace world. You understand the dealer mindset and how to position value to dealership groups and OEMs
- European Leadership DNA: You have experience operating across European markets and appreciate that commercial success in Hamburg, Milan, or Copenhagen requires local nuance within a common framework
