Job Description
TopCompare is seeking a Team Commercial Manager to boost team performance, coach the team, and improve customer interactions. This role involves managing team performance, tracking KPIs, identifying opportunities for improvement, and providing training. The manager will collaborate with operations, present briefings, and report directly to the CEO.
