Talent Acquisition Partner

We are hiring a Talent Acquisition Partner to build a repeatable, high-quality hiring engine, improve hiring speed, consistency, and candidate experience, and lay the foundation for our future culture and employer brand visibility.

Requirements

• 3 to 6 years of recruitment experience (agency or in-house)
• Proven sourcing and interviewing skills
• Experience recruiting for a variety of roles and seniority levels (sales experience is a big plus)
• Highly organized, analytical, and process-driven
• Fluent in English and either French or Dutch (ideally all three)
• A mindset of excellence, not “good enough”
• Motivated by getting stuff done
