Job Description
Total Warehouse Inc. (TW) is seeking a driven Business Development Representative (BDR) to support West Coast growth, focusing on prospecting, pipeline generation, and closing small to mid-sized deals to transition into a Sales Representative role within 6–12 months.
Requirements
- Generate new business through daily field prospecting and cold calling
- Build and maintain a qualified pipeline of opportunities
- Close small to mid-sized deals to develop sales capability
- Support larger opportunities in partnership with Senior Sales Representatives
- Conduct product introductions and solution discussions onsite
- Maintain accurate CRM activity and opportunity tracking
