Business Development Representative

Total Warehouse Inc. is seeking a Business Development Representative to support West Coast growth, focused on prospecting, pipeline generation, and closing small to mid-sized deals, with the objective to transition into a Sales Representative role within 6–12 months.

Requirements

• Generate new business through daily field prospecting and cold calling
• Build and maintain a qualified pipeline of opportunities
• Identify customer needs and introduce TW solutions
• Close small to mid-sized deals to develop sales capability
• Support larger opportunities in partnership with Senior Sales Representatives
• Conduct product introductions and solution discussions onsite
• Maintain accurate CRM activity and opportunity tracking
• Continuously follow up to advance deals through pipeline
