Parts Specialist: Shop

The Parts Specialist position works closely with dispatch and shop technicians, managing service parts orders, quotes, and asset management performance. They will interface with internal departments, understand strategic scheduling, and strive to increase product knowledge.

Requirements

• Accepts in person, telephone and email orders for customers and shop service technicians
• Manage complete asset service quoting cycle
• Strategize and plan with Dispatch on shop repair times and coordination for parts fulfillment
• Assist in new customer set-up
• Responsible for service billing and invoicing
• Maintain direct contact with current and prospective customers
• Determine and research customers parts needs
• Enhance customer retention by monitoring customer satisfaction with parts support
• Other duties as assigned
