We are seeking an Event and Administration Coordinator to support the design and delivery of industry-leading professional development programs across our Dealer network and Regions.
Requirements
- Experience supporting learning programs, LMS administration, and reporting
- Strong business and commercial acumen, with ability to translate this into day-to-day delivery
- Background in a large retail environment (automotive experience highly regarded)
- Proven ability to build strong partnerships with Toyota dealerships and internal stakeholders
- Confident coordinating training events, meetings, and day-to-day learning operations
- Solid systems capability including Microsoft Office, invoicing, and exposure to SAP, Concur, or Coupa
