TP-Link is seeking a Distribution Sales Manager to lead the growth of our indirect channel partners and ensure that our products are maximized in the channel for growth. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in networking and surveillance security, strong communication skills, and ability to analyze key performance indicators.
Requirements
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in networking, surveillance security industry
- A bachelor’s degree is required
- Experience with managing enterprise electronics
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Good interpersonal skills and self-motivation
- Working Knowledge of B2B Market segment with a 2-tier approach
- Strong closing skills, with proven oral, written, telephone and presentation skills
- Ability to learn and retain product specific information and utilize to position the features and benefits to customers
- Familiarity in measuring and analyze key performance indicators (KPI) and CRM
- Able to Travel as needed
