Merchandising Sales Associate

Tractor Supply and Petsense are seeking a Merchandising Sales Associate to support customer needs through planogram execution, merchandise assembly, and fixture maintenance in designated locations. The role involves engaging with customers, ensuring a positive shopping experience, and delivering on company promises of service and a legendary customer experience. This position requires flexibility, adaptability, and a passion for providing exceptional service.

Requirements

• Maintain regular and predictable attendance.
• Work scheduled shifts and have the ability to work varied hours, days, nights, and overtime as dictated by business needs.
• Communicate proactively with District Supervisor on work completion and issues.
• Complete planograms and resets accurately and in a timely manner.
• Perform store-specific measurements.
• Complete store layout initiatives.
• Perform detailed recovery and review planogram integrity.
• Deliver on a promise of Legendary Customer Service through GURA (GURA is an internal name for the Great Value for Rural Support program).
