We are seeking a Spanish-speaking Customer Service Representative who is comfortable communicating with clients and motivated by sales-oriented conversations.
Requirements
- Fluid or native Spanish, both spoken and written
- Strong communication skills with a clear commercial orientation
- Confidence in using computer systems and digital platforms
- Ability to offer high-quality calls and maintain excellent telephone attention
- Commercial skills; previous experience in sales or the insurance sector is a great advantage
- Motivation to work with objectives and performance indicators
