Requirements

• Level C1 or native Spanish, both written and spoken
• Level C1 or native English, both written and spoken
• Availability to work full-time, 5 days a week, in rotating shifts (including weekends)
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, as well as interpersonal skills such as empathy and active listening
• Ability to quickly absorb information, adapt, and respond to changes
• Positive attitude and motivation to offer a brilliant customer experience
