We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Field Sales Operations Manager to structure complex, high-value deals efficiently and profitably, and partner directly with our Account Executives to drive operational rigor across active pipelines.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Enterprise Sales, Sales Operations, RevOps, or a closely related role within SaaS or technology company with a strong focus on complex deal construction.
- Prior experience as an Enterprise Account Executive or similar customer-facing sales role.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, coupled with excellent customer-facing communication, negotiation, and advisory skills.
- Proficiency in CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce), CPQ tools, pricing strategies, and contract management processes.
- Knowledge of sales pipeline management, forecasting, and deal operations.
