Independent Legal Recruiter (Revenue-Share | High-Earning Potential) for a top-tier independent recruiter who specializes in Legal talent and operates at a professional, self-directed level.
Requirements
- Have proven Legal recruiting experience (agency or independent)
- Understand how Legal hiring actually works (law firm vs. in-house dynamics)
- Know how to assess pedigree, practice area depth, and deal with exposure
- Are comfortable running searches independently without hand-holding
- Communicate clearly with candidates and clients
- Use modern recruiting tools (ATS, sourcing tools, LinkedIn, outreach tech, etc.)
