Enterprise Senior Change Analyst

In this role, you'll deliver small change programs, workshops and provide mentorship and guidance to Change Analysts within your team, supporting enterprise wide change management programs and initiatives for smooth service delivery.

Requirements

• Solid experience in change management with a strong focus on change delivery
• Tertiary qualifications in change management, organisational psychology, organisational development, business, human resources or a related discipline
• Professional change management certification (e.g. Prosci?, Change Management Institute Accreditation, or equivalent)
• Advance Microsoft Office skills (including PowerPoint)
• Ability to lead projects and stakeholder engagement activities
• Capability to support capability uplift through mentoring and guidance of team members
