Senior Change & Engagement Analyst

Design and deliver efficient, customer-focused services that enhance accessibility, sustainability, and quality of living. Partner with project and business teams to assess, analyse, document, and implement change and engagement activities. Assist in the execution of the change management process.

Requirements

• Demonstrated knowledge and expertise in change management within a large, geographically dispersed and/or operational environment
• Ability to establish and maintain stakeholder relationships to support and foster collaboration and effective change
• Strong analytical, communication, and business writing skills to present complex information clearly and tailor messages to diverse target audiences
