Implementations Analyst

Trayd is building the operating system for commercial construction: payroll, compliance, and back office workflows that actually work in the real world. We are hiring an implementation analyst to help launch new customers onto Trayd, working directly with construction companies to understand how they run payroll today, migrate their data into Trayd, and ensure they launch successfully.

Requirements

• 1-3 years of experience in consulting, startups, operations, analytics, or similar roles
• Comfortable working with data and strong Excel skills
• Organized and detail-oriented with strong follow-through
• Strong communication and customer-facing skills
• High ownership mindset and take responsibility for outcomes
• Curious and motivated to learn quickly
