Job Description
Trella Health is seeking a Business Development Manager to lead our team of Business Development Reps. In this role, you'll manage and coach the BDR team while building and executing strategies that drive strong pipeline growth. We're looking for a leader who understands the sales process, knows how to motivate a team, and genuinely enjoys mentoring and developing others.
Requirements
- 5+ years of SaaS Sales or Business Development experience, with a preference in the Healthcare IT or Health Tech industry.
- 2+ years in a leadership or management role overseeing a BDR or sales team.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding pipeline targets and driving lead generation initiatives.
- Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data to make data-driven decisions.
