Job Description
Trellis Research provides legal intelligence and judicial analytics directly to law firms. We are seeking a Business Development Representative (BDR) who is passionate, driven, and excited by the opportunity to break into new markets and open doors for our sales team.
Requirements
- 1+ year of experience in an outbound sales or lead generation role, preferably in SaaS, tech, or legal markets
- Proven success and comfort with cold calling as a primary activity
- Strong communication, active listening, and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated with a high level of drive and resilience
- Ability to learn quickly, adapt, and embrace feedback
- Organized and detail-oriented, with strong time management skills
- Familiarity with CRM systems (HubSpot experience is a plus)
