Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in Customer Success, Services, Systems Sales Engineer, or Support within enterprise software/cybersecurity
- Fluency in Dutch, French & English
- Strong technical foundation in the cyber security space with familiarity in deploying and/or migrating from on Prem to SaaS environments
- Comfortable with consumption and value metrics, and able to craft data-backed recommendations for expansion
- Experience with customer success platforms, CRM, collaboration tools, and AI-driven systems
