Job Description
The Cash Management Representative ā Tier I role is responsible for accurately applying customer payments and resolving routine payment discrepancies in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, customer-focused, and able to work efficiently while meeting quality and performance expectations.
Requirements
- Review unapplied payments and apply funds to open invoices/statements in accordance with customer-provided remittance instructions and Standard Operating Procedures (SOP's)
- Demonstrate accuracy, proficiency, and a sense of urgency posting/applying payments across multiple payment types, programs and markets
- Identify and document overpayments, short-payments, and duplicate payments
- Ensure accurate posting of payments to the correct account and to the correct open invoices
- Provide an elite customer experience in all interactions with both internal and external stakeholders
- Meet/exceed departmental KPI's
