Requirements
- Active MFDA license (mandatory at time of hire)
- 5+ years of wealth management experience preferred
- Demonstrated experience working with high-net-worth clients
- Proven ability to lead client meetings and deliver structured, comprehensive financial plans
- Strong compliance awareness and CRM discipline
