We are looking for a Senior-level Human Resources Manager to cover multiple local manufacturing and distribution locations to align people, processes, and technology across the facilities. This role will streamline operations and enable continuous improvement to establish and maintain an engaged and stable workforce.

- Partner with manufacturing management team and HR leadership to define the human resources goals along with tactical management planning for the facilities.
- Act as advisor on human resources issues to the site management team and all level of employees throughout the site.
- Establish credibility throughout the organization to be an effective problem solver and strong collaborator.
- Lead all employee relations activities including, but not limited to, investigations, discipline, retention activities, stay interviews, and employee events.
- Serve as the primary escalation point for complex employee relations matters, leading investigations and guiding conflict resolution.
- Partner with HR leaders in the functional areas of recruiting, talent development, compensation, and benefits to ensure that both employee needs and company goals are being met.
- Develop HR generalist team to become business partners with their established groups at the facilities.
- Direct, mentor and develop the human resource team, establishing departmental goals and managing its operational budget.
- Collaborate with other site HR managers and HR leadership to provide input on policy changes and updates. Ensure that policies and practices are up-to-date and driving the desired behaviors and results.
- Ensure legal compliance by having well-defined and applied practices and processes that are also easily maintainable.
- Analyze key HR metrics to provide business leaders with data-driven insights on workforce trends, engagement and organizational health.
- Develop and execute long-range HR strategic plans and initiatives that align with the organization’s overall business objectives.
- Actively participate in plant safety initiatives by partnering with site leaders to support workplace incident response, conduct root cause investigations, and drive corrective actions and continuous improvements to maintain a safe work environment for all employees.
- Design and implement engagement programs that resonate with hourly and salaried employees, including recognition, communication, and feedback mechanisms.
- Assess engagement trends through surveys, site observations, and employee feedback, track participation and outcomes, and recommend data-driven improvements to strengthen morale, retention, and productivity across the plant.
- Manage and provide ongoing performance, coaching, and professional development opportunities for a team of around 5 direct reports serving a variety of HR functions at the Winchester Plant.
