The Philanthropy Coordinator provides administrative, operational, and programmatic support to the Philanthropy department to advance Tri-Cities Chaplaincy’s fundraising, donor engagement, and community outreach initiatives.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent education and experience.
- Two (2) years of nonprofit fundraising, marketing, sales, or equivalent experience.
- Excellent computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office, including database, word processing, PowerPoint, and spreadsheets.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Self-motivated to act with a high level of excellence.
- Availability to work occasional evenings and weekends.
- Attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines.
- Strong organizational skills with an ability to prioritize tasks.
- Ability to work independently and in a team.
- Must possess and maintain a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation, as driving is an essential function of this role.
